Jason Wu’s AW13 collection is no good for a cute girl in pink like it was before. The AW13 of Jason is mature. Beautiful. And powerful. Power is the main topic of the collection! The first part- traditionally- are the RTW clothes that I fell in love with! Amazing leather jackets with fur on the collars; black parkas; white fox fur coats! Everything may sound, kind of, kitsch and luxury looking, but thats not true- Wu thought about simplicity and minimalism!
The second part of the collection were the gala gowns that had a similar style as the clothes before- simple and not typically Red Carpet like. Of course, the were some beautiful details and best quality of silk used, but it was all made with taste and new Jason Wu aestethics!
